Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective Date: April 16, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AdMediaPixeel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

AdMediaPixeel LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and responsible manner. This policy applies to all users of our Services regardless of location.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information that you provide to us voluntarily, including but not limited to:

  • Contact information such as your name and email address when you submit a support request or contact form.
  • Account information if you create an account within any of our mobile applications.
  • Feedback, reviews, or correspondence you send to us.
  • Payment information processed through third-party payment providers (such as Apple's in-app purchase system). We do not directly store credit card or payment details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and device settings.
  • Usage data: app usage patterns, features accessed, session duration, and interaction data.
  • Log data: IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and access timestamps.
  • Crash reports and performance data to help us identify and resolve technical issues.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

We may receive information about you from third-party services that you connect to our applications, analytics providers, or advertising platforms. This information is used in accordance with the terms described in this policy.

1.4 Videos, Face Data, and Visual Content

Our app includes AI-powered video features. When you use these features, you may choose to upload a video from your device. That video may contain your likeness or the likeness of other individuals ("face data"). Uploading a video is always voluntary and only occurs when you actively initiate a request. The features that may involve video uploads include:

  • AI Video Generation: Generate new AI-powered video content from your uploaded video.
  • AI Video Analytics: Analyze your uploaded video to generate insights such as hook scoring and performance feedback.

Collection: We collect only the videos you voluntarily submit when using the above features. We do not perform facial recognition, extract biometric identifiers, build facial profiles, or analyze the identity of individuals in uploaded videos. Face data is never used for advertising, profiling, identity verification, or any purpose other than completing the specific creative request you initiated.

Use: Uploaded videos are used solely to process the request you have chosen — generating new AI-powered video content or producing analytics and hook-scoring insights. Videos are never used to train AI models, build user profiles, or serve advertisements.

Third-party sharing and storage: To fulfill your request, your uploaded video is transmitted to one or more of the following third-party AI processing providers, depending on the feature used:

  • Google Veo 3.1 (Google LLC): Used for AI video generation. Google does not use content submitted through the paid Veo service to train its AI models. Submitted content may be temporarily logged for up to 55 days solely for abuse and safety monitoring purposes, after which it is automatically deleted. Data is processed on Google's global cloud infrastructure, subject to Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum. View Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum →
  • Google Gemini API (Google LLC): Used for AI video analytics and hook-scoring analysis. Google does not use content submitted through the paid Gemini API to train its AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or share your videos or face data with any party other than the processors listed above, and only for the purpose of fulfilling your specific request. Google is contractually required to protect your data to standards equivalent to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention: We do not store your uploaded videos on our own servers beyond what is required to submit your request. Content submitted to Google's Veo and Gemini API services is retained for up to 55 days solely for abuse and safety monitoring purposes and is then automatically deleted. No face data is retained by us or our processors beyond this period.

No biometric data collection: We do not extract, store, or process biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as facial geometry or facial templates) from uploaded videos, regardless of which feature is used. No biometric data derived from face data is created or retained at any stage of processing.

  • Videos and face data (AI features): Not stored on our servers. Processed by Google's Veo 3.1 and Gemini API services, which retain submitted content for up to 55 days for abuse and safety monitoring purposes before automatic deletion. See Section 1.4.
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years.
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 24 months.

When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention procedures.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we collect.
