Subscription & Billing

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. To manage your subscriptions, cancel a renewal, or request a refund:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Select the relevant subscription to manage or cancel it

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you would like to be refunded for. Apple will review and process your request.
